Do you want to lose weight, and lose it quickly? While it's not the best idea to solely rely on rapid weight loss, it's something nearly all people are looking into.
The most natural way is to reduce your daily calorie intake. When reducing your consumption, it is important that you only do this slightly. Some people think it's a good idea to stop eating three meals a day, and they starve themselves - please don't do this. Yes, you need to reduce calories, but you still need vitamins and nutrients in their most natural form (food)!
The most important food to eat less of is sugary sweets. For losing weight quickly, you will want to try and completely eliminate these junk foods from your diet, even if only for a short stretch. If you want to snack, eat natural sugar - i.e. fruits - instead of that candy bar or soda. Not only are these high calorie foods, but the sugar will turn to fat if you aren't exercising like you should
Exercise is obviously the best method for weight loss. With exercise, you may not notice a significant weight loss right away, but it's absolutely worth it in the long run. Thing is, if you are more overweight and have more weight to loss, you will see the effects quicker than most. But still, gradual weight loss is best for the long term. Start off slow and work your way up when you begin to feel better.
Weight loss can be a long and winding road, but you can do it, just stick with it.
