Raw Foods, Antioxidant Rich Diet

I know the old adage that whatever comes from the ground must be good for you. And raw foods people really stick to this saying. They are definitely onto something, because if the food is processed less, it's naturally better for you.

I can't bring myself to NOT eat meat, so this plan is definitely not for me, but I want to incorporate many more raw fruits and vegetables into my daily eating routine! These types of antioxidant foods tend to be very rich in nutrients and good stuff while low in fat, carbohydrates and other bad stuff.

If you want to naturally boost your energy, there is no supplement that will work as sufficiently as real, natural foods.
